Member Services

Member Services has over 20 years of experience in
Association Management and provides a broad spectrum of services including
administrative, database, financial, educational conference, event
planning and webinar hosting. Member Services’ clients are small
to medium sized companies and regional/national associations that
wish to avoid or minimize overhead such as governance, employee benefits,
hardware/software and physical plant expenses. Member Services is
a full-service virtual office.

Member Services’ principal, Kim Kania Vaillancourt,
is a Starwood Preferred Event Planner with over 20 years of educational
programming planning and implementation including the promulgation
of printed and electronic materials. She has facilitated conferences
in various states in the lower 48 and has extensive experience in
contract negotiations with host properties and cntract liability experience.
She also has many successful years of experience in building sponsorship
and exhibitor programs as well as membership growth and retention
including her 11 years as the executive director of the New England
Society for Healthcare Communications. She also brings to your organization
over 22 years of public relations, marketing, legislative affairs,
educational event and strategic planning experience.

Senior Financial Consultant, Mark Vaillancourt, has
25 years as a financial project manager with an MBA from the University
of Connecticut.
